This new website allows the public to complain, protest, criticize, nitpick, whine about anything that is on their mind.  Anything or anyone who is upsetting you or making your life more of a pain, let us know.  All information must be true and you must be able to document anything you claim. This is the best place to Clean Your Mind and make the public aware of unsettling individuals, corporations, and events that plague this country. Select the appropriate category on the left to read other about other people's experiences. If you have an experience to add, just click on the feedback link and follow the instructions. Please allow us at least one week to add your experience. Feel free to browse our site and join us in contributing to our favorite amendment, Article I.

Article [I.] of our Constitution

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Consumers are responsible, legally and otherwise, for all posted consumer messages. If a consumer writes something that isn't true, and that message is posted to cleanyoumind.com for public view, that consumer is responsible for the validity of that message.

If a court were to find that a consumer complaint constitutes libel or defamation, that consumer would be held legally responsible for damages to the reputation of that business. Under federal law (the Communications Decency Act), because Cleanyourmind.com does not censor posted consumer messages or investigate them for accuracy, Cleanyourmind.com is not legally responsible for the complaints that are posted, even if those complaints contain remarks that are defamatory. However, this law does not protect the person who leaves the complaints from responsibility for those complaints.
