This category includes anything to do
with vehicles including dealerships, a
particular make of a vehicle, repair
shops, etc. We have all dealt
with shady car dealers, we want you to
share your
experience. Let us know what
dealership (what city) tried or
already did rip you off. The
idea of a new car often leads people
to make quick and thoughtless
decisions. The types of decisions that
you may be regretting for many years!

Hello,
I wanted to buy a new SUV (Murano)
from West Hills Nissan in Pittsburgh.
This first time we went there we
considered buying their SUV. I did not
want to be rushed so I said let me
think about it for a day or two. West
Hills Nissan in Pittsburgh claimed the
monthly payment would be around
$400 before I left that day. I came
back two days later, they started a
new piece of paper claiming it would
be easier to read if they redid it.
West Hills Nissan recalculated the
numbers stating they can't go below
$600 per month. Big difference between
$400 and $600. Then they lied by
saying they never said $400. After
they took the original paper out of
the garbage to show the manager, they
crossed out $400 and put $550. We
laughed and left there never to do
business with Nissan again. There
favorite saying was "What can we
do to get you in this truck
today." That was their best
sales pitch. Acura was much more
professional, thanks!

Experience:
If you live in Maryland or Virginia DO
NOT GO TO A KOONS AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
for your service work! I paid double for
the labor than in the parts for my
vehicle! If I knew how much it would
have cost I would have let my car blow
up and just go buy a new one! Labor is
ridiculous! I do not recommend! if you
plan on using them just save yourself
1,000.00 and do it yourself!
