The management at Ulta Cosmetic in Pittsburgh (Robinson Township) sux. They are so rude and not helpful at all. They are supposed to know how to sell and apply makeup. The manager name Ellie studders when you ask any questions. Ulta Cosmetic's concept is really cool. The management needs some help.
