I
had friends in town from NY for their
graduation. To celebrate, we wanted to
get a limo and go out on the town. The
limo from We
Care Limo in Pittsburgh was
supposed to pick us up at 11:00. We
waited till 11:30 before I called the
office to find out where our limo was
at. They didn't answer the phone for
three calls. We
Care Limo finally called me
at 11:45 and told me they can't find a
driver. They apologized for not
letting me know sooner, but she said
they couldn't find my number. We just
decided to drive to the city since it
was already midnight at this
point. I would never use this
service again even if they charged me
half price. By the way, they wanted to
give us the limo another time.
Obviously that wont help much since
you only graduate once and they were
from out of town. I asked out of curiosity,
well if I use you guys again, will I
get a discount? She said, she was not
sure, she would have to ask someone. A
discount shouldn't be a question. We
Care Limo
obviously does not care about
their customers. Update:
They charged me for the limo
even though it never showed up. After
I called them, they said they would
credit me...it has been a week and no
credit. Now I have to dispute the
charges with my credit card.

This
story related to a home builder in
Bridgewater, New Jersey named John
Bossany dba Bossany Builders:
We
have had a terrible experience with
this 'builder'. After moving into this
newly constructed building, it took 2
years to get him to finish the punch
list, the small leak in the basement
block wall is still unresolved and the
rude, inexperienced builder, John
Bossany Jr. is denying that the water
problem exists. The footer drain on
the exterior of the basement wall has
failed and does let some water come
into the basement. I will apparently
end up paying for this out of our
pocket, but after experiencing Builder
John Bossany's quality of workmanship,
I'd rather have a professional fix
John Bossany's leaking basement.
Well,
after many legal letters to my inept,
emotional builder, John Bossany, I
filed a Better Business Bureau
complaint, a complaint with the local
building inspectors (they seemed to be
aware of John Bossany building
quality) and now, the enactment of the
homeowners warrantee, I finally
realized that this builder JOHN
BOSSANY Jr is not going to face the
water problem in the basement that he
built, so I posted several, small
signs on my front yard declaring that
Bossany Builders were not very good.
The builder, John Bossany arrived at
my front door wanting to fight me, he
threatened my health, my wife's health
and my next door neighbor's health if
this sign posting happened again. I
had to report this to the local police
as this guy was exhibiting some real
aggressive, (and child-like) behavior
by his threats.
I urge
you to be very careful when doing
business with John Bossany Jr. or his
company, Bossany Builders.
