Hi,
I have been using Sprint and have had
nothing but problems. I tried using
their shared minutes plan where two
people are under one name and share
minutes together. When I first used
this so called "great plan"
they never changed our minutes and our
bill was over $400 in one month. I
called and complained and got my bill
reduced to $150. The very next month
they said we went over our minutes
by 700 during the daytime (cost
$250). The funny thing is we both
worked during the day and there could
be no possible way of this happening.
So, we called again, but they would
not help us claiming they were right.
I guess they were gonna find a way to
screw us somehow. Now I am stuck in a
contract, I have 8 months left out of
a year contract.
